The property
Marietta’s spot is a traditional townhouse in one of the best streets in central Valletta. Amazing panoramic view from the private terrace.
The townhouse has a traditional layout over a number of floors. From the private street entrance the stairs ascend up to the first floor where there is a small library. The stairs continue up to a double bedroom with fully bathroom en suite and separate shower room on the second floor.
The kitchen, living & dining areas are located on the third floor open on a balcony.
A stone spiral staircase then takes you up to the second bathroom with walking in shower and further on to the second main bedroom at the fourth floor.
The main bedroom is up a few steps on the fourth floor and has its own private terrace. Next to the main bedroom is a small kitchenette to prepare your aperitif.
